Waterford . . . you were a neighbor!! I understand about the triple digit temps. What I know of Washington, there's more rain than I like. The beach sounds great . . . and storms can be beautiful. I have enjoyed your contact.

I lived in the Modesto area for many many years. We sold our home in Waterford and moved to the Washington coast. No more triple digit temps for us. We love it here on the beach. Beach combing and storm watching is what we love to do! Enjoy your weekend.
